What isn't said.

  • Do you know anyone who has strong character ethics but lacks personality ethics?

Opinion: It should be made clear that as leaders, we should not dismiss the thoughts of our peers who may feel strongly about specific issues but lack the elegance of having a pleasing personality. Ideas can be evolutionary and I believe that if they contribute to the growth of human kind, then they should be entertained, regardless of the packaging.

  • “What we are communicates far more eloquently than anything we say or do."

It is easy to talk at others because many times we take the BEING out of human relationships. We simply deal with ones frame. We see each other as nothing more than objects. People can be thought of as knickknacks in Grandma’s China cabinet. What I means is people become intangibles (distant sources); delicate (very sensitive; frail); Fearful of (used to punish, previously).
