Proposed Reading List

I hope that you all were able to get a copy of The 7 Habits. This is a very popular book, therefore you should not have a problem doing so. The goal is to cover one chapter per week.

If you have started reading then you have already learned, in Inside-Out, that the most important predictor of any journey is the accuracy of your map! Since this is so true, I have decided to provide you with a list of books that I would like to cover.

These books all cover a common theme and over the last three years they have been very useful tools for sculpting the guy that you know (or will come to know). Many paradigms had to be "shifted" and in some cases destroyed before I was able to deal with the academic rigors of graduate school.

As you read I encourage you to think about the interrelatedness of (i) the Nature of man; (ii) the Nature of technology; (iii) the Nature of nature and then ask yourself- What will be required of me to find harmony among these energies?
